Elderberry - Quince Jam 200ml

A refined jam with a pronounced elderberry flavor and a light quince acidity. Made from elderberry and quince puree, without lumps and with a reduced amount of sugar. It is homogeneous, without lumps - with a particularly smooth and velvety texture.

The consistency is balanced: something in between jelly and puree. It spreads easily, does not drip like syrup and holds perfectly on bread or dessert. Ideal for cakes, and as an elegant accent in sweet dishes.

Ingredients: Elderberry puree 55.8%, quince puree 11.2%, jam sugar 33%.
